President of the Executive Committee, Miloš Brusin
President of the Executive Committee, Miloš Brusin has years’ long experience in banking, which he acquired at the leading positions in the areas of risk management and retail. He joined Telenor Banka team in May 2016 at the position of the Finance and Risk Director. Before that, he worked over ten years in Findomestic banka, where he started his professional career. There he used to work as the Director of Retail credit methodology and Risk follow up department, Director of Personal finance Risk sector and Director of Retail and Personal Finance support sector where, among other things, he was in charge of the credit analysis and credit administration, collection as well as payment card operations.
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics having graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade – Department of Finances, Banking and Insurance.
Member of the Executive Board, Marija Popović
Member of the Executive Board and Executive Director for Corporate Affairs, Marija Popović has been a member of the Telenor banka team from the very beginning. Marija has years of experience in the banking industry, which she acquired working in senior positions in the fields of law, compliance and regulatory affairs. She started her professional career working as a judge intern in the First Municipal Court in Belgrade. Before joining Telenor banka in February 2014, Marija worked at position of legal adviser in KBC Bank and Findomestic Bank.
Marija has made a huge professional contribution in meeting the regulatory requirements for the launch and operation of the first mobile online bank in Serbia and significantly expanded her professional experience working at various positions in the area of legal and corporate affairs (legal support for business operation, human resources support, banking operation compliance, AML, fraud prevention, etc.).
Marija graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade and has passed BAR exam and Notary Public exam. She is married and has two children.
Member of the Executive Board, Miloš Polovina
Member of the Executive Board, Miloš Polovina is in charge of the Marketing Sector. He has more than 10 years of experience in banking and he joined Telenor banka in March 2014, starting at the position of Product Development Manager. He started his professional career at Raiffeisen Bank back in 2004, producing business performance reports for the management, and then moved to positions of Head of PI Product Department and Head of Customer Relationship Management Department. He continued his career in UniCredit Bank, where he worked at position of Head of Customer Relationship and Multichannel Department. He has participated actively in the projects and meetings dedicated to mobile banking.
He is a graduated economist – manager.

President of the Board of Directors, Ingeborg Øfsthus
Ingeborg Øfsthus is Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Telenor Banka.
She has been with Telenor since 1998. Ingeborg has held technology management positions in Telenor Operations in Germany, Thailand and Norway. In addition, she has worked in various Telenor Group positions, including establishing and leading Telenor Group CTO forum. She has been with Telenor Serbia since 2012, holding CTO position.
Ingeborg has experience with starting two greenfield mobile operations, and has built up extensive experience across both network and IT domain in her various roles.
Ingeborg holds a degree of Master of Science in Electronic Communications from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Her many years of service in different countries have added valuable knowledge on working across multiple cultures.
Member of the Board of Directors, Ronny Bakke Naevdal
Member of the Board of Directors, Ronny Bakke Naevdal, has been with Telenor since 1999. In 2012, he was appointed Senior Vice President TMS for Hungary, Serbia, and Montenegro at Telenor ASA. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Financial Services at Telenor ASA (July 2011 – July 2012), as well as Vice President (2009–2010).
In 2007, he was appointed Vice President Strategy in Pakistan and was in charge of developing Financial Services in Pakistan. Before joining Telenor Group, he held leading management positions at Nextra Wireless, Strategy Nextra, and Nextra International. He is currently a Board member at Globul (Bulgaria), Telenor Serbia, Telenor Hungary, and Telenor Montenegro.
He is Chairman of the Board at Telenor Russia and Telenor Common Operations. He holds a MSc in Science, Electronics and Radio Communication from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Independent Member of the Board of Directors, Boško Živković
Independent Member of the Board of Directors, Boško Živković, born on January 10, 1954. Completed basic studies at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade in 1977, where he took his Master’s degree in 1982 and PhD in 1988. He is working at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, as full professor for subjects Financial Markets, Securities Analysis, Portfolio and Risk Management.
He taught at the Faculty of Management of the BK University, at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Banja Luka and at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Novi Sad. He was a Chairman of the Securities Commission of FR Yugoslavia and the Republic of Serbia (2002-2003) and Chairman of the Board of Governors of the National Bank of Serbia (2010-2012).
Independent member of the Board of Directors, Đorđe Đukić
The Independent member, Đorđe Đukić, has been
a full professor of the Faculty of Economy of the Belgrade University for the
subject Banking from 1996. He is a member of the Academy of Economic Sciences,
within the Scientific Society of the Economists of Serbia, as of 2015.
He started his career in the Institute of Economic
Sciences in Belgrade. He was a member of the Council of the National Bank of
Yugoslavia, as well as member of the Securities Commission. He took part in the
implementation of two international research projects for the needs of the
World Bank and European Union.
Đorđe Đukić graduated from the Faculty of Economy
in Belgrade in 1975, as the valedictorian. He earned his Master’s degree in
1979 at the Faculty of Economy in Belgrade, while he defended his doctoral
thesis in 1984 at the Faculty of Economy in Kragujevac.
